Our client is an innovating supplier of medical equipment, who sets high quality standards in all their products. These high quality standards are directly reflected in the concept for the new corporate Gym that will be fully focussed on functional training. The team on site has to be able to give high quality training advice and know how to balance healthy living and the work life of participants. We are looking for Studio manager, full time (40 hours / week, Monday – Friday) Job details: The manager will be responsible for the whole operation of the Gym, which includes:
Keeping close contact with the client to provide necessary information and coordination; Managing, coaching, training and development of the team; Promoting and marketing of the Gym; Maintaining high standards and delivering an excellent experience to the members; Welcoming and introducing new participants to the Gym; Supervising participants as they perform their fitness activities, including teaching (small group) classes; Writing training plans based on the needs of each participant.
Position requirements
Education in the field of sports/health (Sportwissenschaftler / Sport- und Fitnesskaufmann / Sportund Gymnastiklehrer); Extensive experience in functional training; Extensive knowledge in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and kinesiology; First Aid diploma; Fluent in German and English; Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in sports/fitness industry; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Team player.
