Instruction:

Several questions are given in this questionnaire. You read them carefully one by one. Each question consists of seven categories of answers- *7013117 Correct’, ‘Correct to a Large Extent’, ‘Partially Correct’, ‘Uncertain,’ “Partially Wrong’, “Wrong to a Large Extent’, Totally Wrong’. You are expected to put a correct mark (V) in the particular category, which in your view is appropriate for you, related to the statements. While replying you have to keep this thing in mind that what the people who know you think about you. Following the same way you have to reply all the statements of the questionnaire.
