These are split into mandatory and optional sections recognising that Business Analysts work in different environments and may not possess knowledge/skills in all areas. BACA - Level 1 (Trainee Business Analyst) No previous experience is required for BACA Level 1 as certificates will be issued to anyone attending a minimum of 5 days of competency based training with a recognised provider covering the following skills:
