  The Trustee‐Manager wishes to announce the change of Keppel Infrastructure Trust’s (“KIT”) financial  year  end  from  31  March  to  31  December.  Henceforth,  the  financial  year  of  KIT  will  end  on  31  December of each year. Consequently, the next set of accounts of KIT will cover a period of 9 months  from 1 April 2015 to 31 December 2015.    The change of financial year end takes into account the KIT group’s reporting requirements and aligns  the financial year within the KIT group to 31 December.     In  accordance  with  Rule  705(2)  of  the  Listing  Rules  of  the  Singapore  Exchange  Securities  Trading  Limited (“SGX‐ST”), KIT will be releasing the announcements of its financial results in the following  manner:     Financial Period  Previous  financial  Type  of  Latest date for release period for comparison Announcement  1  April  2015  to  31  1  April  2014  to  31  Full year results  29 February 2016  December  2015  (9  March  2015  (12  months period)  months period)    Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte.
