I N T E R N AT I O N A L C O N V E N T I O N CENTRE WALES Celtic Manor is now embarking on an exciting new venture, expanding our world-class business and conference facilities with the addition of ICC Wales, scheduled to open in 2019. Designed to attract major events from across the world with capacity for 4,000 delegates, our new international convention centre will boast the largest pillar-free ballroom in Europe.

As you would expect from a world-class facility with five star status, all rooms are beautifully appointed and decorated, with distinctive design and traditional luxury creating a calm and relaxing environment. S UPERIO R RO OMS Superior rooms with views over the golf courses or the Severn Estuary in the distance come with either king, queen or twin beds and a marble en-suite with bath and separate shower. Interconnecting rooms are available for families or groups, connecting to a twin or double room. EXECUTIVE RO OMS Executive rooms have an ergonomic desk with executive chair and king size bed. The marble en-suite with separate shower is equipped with luxury bathrobes and slippers. With terraces offering panoramic views over the golf courses, these rooms ensure a quiet and relaxing stay. Twin Executive rooms are also available.
SU I T E S There are a choice of suites with one or two bedrooms. Opening into a lounge with a dining area, they offer an executive work desk with complimentary WiFi internet access, iPod docking station, Nespresso coffee machine and flat screen televisions in the sitting room and bedrooms. The adjoining master bedrooms have king beds and window suites have a separate dressing room. All have marble bathrooms with under floor heating and luxurious bathrobes and slippers. Some larger suites offer the same luxurious facilities and have between one and three bedrooms, with one adjoining the lounge area and the others accessed from a private hall.

The Resort’s Convention Centre facilities also include an Exhibition Hall offering in excess of 1200 square metres of floor space. This unique facility gives organisers additional accessible, flexible and versatile options in planning their events. Designed as dedicated exhibition space and not an additional meeting room, its features include concrete block work flooring, vehicular access, telecom and data supply, wireless networks and comfort panel radiant heating as well as a public-address facility with a distributed loudspeaker system for announcements and background music. With its high ceiling, natural daylight, open plan layout and the benefit of two large outdoor car parks located within walking distance, the Exhibition Hall is ideal for product launches, trade shows, receptions and of course, exhibitions.

The Caernarfon Suite is the largest function room at the Resort and is situated on Convention Level 1. It can accommodate 1200 delegates theatre style or 900 for banquets. There are two adjoining pre-function areas for delegate registration or receptions. The suite can be divided into halves, thirds or further combinations. Features include a hi-tech PA system, audio visual and lighting scene control with touch screen roving controls, theatre style lighting, vehicular access, ceiling hoists, retractable chandeliers, table pin spots, telecommunications, power, data/ISDN and trunking.
The Caernarfon Suite regularly plays host to large conferences, banquets, product launches, award ceremonies and weddings. High profile events in recent years have included The Celebrity Cup Gala Dinner, New Year’s Eve, Brendan Cole Live at the Manor and our annual Celtic Manor Resort Wedding Fayre. The room undoubtedly has the versatility, scale and ability to meet the requirements of any event. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available on this floor.

On Convention Level 2 there are 21 syndicate and meeting rooms, ranging from those seating 8 boardroom style, to the Beaumaris Suite which can accommodate up to 170 delegates theatre style. Other suites on this floor can accommodate between 60 and 150 delegates. All rooms offer tungsten and fluorescent lighting, rail system, TV coaxial, RJ45 phone/data/ISDN, air conditioning and power. In addition to this some rooms offer teaching walls and video/ audio tie lines to the Caernarfon Suite. Wall mounted plasma screens in our 13 small meeting rooms enable delegates to hook up their laptop for presentations without the need for a projector. There is also a dedicated video conferencing suite, saving hours of technical set up time and additional costs.
Also on this level you will find a dedicated Business Hub, which features a digital colour laser copier and printer, fax and computers with internet access. The Organiser’s Office gives your team a base from which to coordinate your event. Breakfast, lunch and refreshments are available throughout the day from our Monmouth Lounge. Both the Denbigh and Conwy Suites benefit from the option of being opened up into one large room or subdivided for smaller or split groups. In addition to this feature, the Beaumaris Suite has its own dedicated lounge and bar where refreshments can be served. Complimentary WiFi internet access and free telephone calls to UK landlines are available on this level.

The Celtic Manor Golf Club was designed with major tournaments in mind and is one of the largest and most luxurious golf clubhouses in Europe.
