CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGEMENT Assistant Manager (m/f)
Key Responsibilities include:
Job requirements:
• Consult and support our European subsidiaries in terms of concept development, planning and implementation of customer acquisition and loyalty programs
• Academic degree in Business Administration or similar discipline with focus on Customer Relation Management, Marketing or Service Management
• Define lead management requirements, processes and training concepts
• At least three years of experience in a relevant position and strong knowledge of the automotive industry, especially of Sales and Aftersales processes
• Implement our European CRM strategy in our European markets • Develop innovative CRM approaches, e. g. digital customer touch points • Internal communication, alignment and steering of central CRM activities with all relevant departments • Evaluation and analysis of customer data as well as conception and implementation of resulting strategies and measures
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, creativity, process oriented thinking, team player, goal-oriented, possessing a desire to work for a fast-paced, resultsbased company • Very good command of CRM tools (preferably SIEBEL) and MS Office applications • Fluency in English, user knowledge of other European language(s) preferred
• KPI monitoring
