Message from your President: I hope you're joining us for Thanksgiving Lunch at Winchester on the 20th of November. Stephanie Stark, our CFWC Area D Vice President will be joining us with news and plans for the 2017-2018 year. Also, our guest speaker will be Bob Palmer, our good friend and advisor for our De Anza Parliamentary Group. Bob is on his third term as President of the Riverside Society of Parliamentarians which was founded in 1986 and is currently ALMOST the only Roberts Rules of Order study group in Southern California (other than the Woman's Club). A 44 year member of Toastmasters, he has been District Parliamentarian several times in the past several years. Recently retired from elementary school teaching in May, and he even had his fourth graders doing Parliamentary Procedure! We'll have some fun with his presentation! As you know, this is an election year. Our District clubs have received information for those who may be interested in running for an elective office for two years on the District Board of Directors. I encourage you to consider this opportunity. It is a most rewarding to be able to work with other members in your District as well as experiencing a pride of service. We'll also be introducing our wonderful De Anza District Fundraiser. More news to follow!! Come have some turkey and cranberry sauce with your Winchester and other District sisters. CLUB PRESIDENTS AND CHAIRMEN: Please make sure that one copy of the flyer(s) you put in the Black Box folders goes in the President folder. The Black Box at each District Conference is for the Club
President and Chairmen to collect information to take back and SHARE with their club.
Please check the box after lunch to give everyone time to put their information in the box.
The Black Box contains general information from your District Board for all clubs as well as information from your District Program Chairmen that is necessary information for your committees’ report writing process. Please take only one copy per club.
The Black Box is a vital communication system so please check the box at each conference IF you are unable to attend the conference, please delegate someone to bring the information to your club.

Directions to: Francis Domenigoni Community Center From the North: I-15 South to Railroad Canyon Rd. East on Railroad
Canyon which becomes Newport and then Domenigoni to CA State Rte. 79. Turn left on Rte. 79. Or I-215 south to Newport Rd.(Menifee). East on Newport then Domenigoni to St. Rte. 79 and turn left.
From the South: I-8 to I-15 North to Temecula and take Winchester Rd.
North (St. Rte. 79) toward Hemet and cross Domenigoni. (This is a distance). Continue and you will see Winchester Elementary School on your left.
From the East: Take St. Rte. 79 South to Hemet where it becomes
Sanderson. Stay on Sanderson until you dead end at Domenigoni. Turn right and go West to St. Rte. 79 and turn right. Once on Rte. 79, after Domenigoni, you will see the Winchester Elementary School on your left. (less than ¼ mile) Turn left at the school crossing road and continue past the school to the Francis Domenigoni Community Center behind the school.
