Director of Marketing – Product Marketing CriticalArc is hiring a Director of Marketing to drive its marketing activities globally from its Colorado office. We are seeking a marketing generalist with a flair for product marketing for our B2B SaaS products that are in the Safety, Security and Emergency Management space. The successful individual will be able to work strategically with senior management and also get hands-on to deliver on the marketing strategy which they will own.

Position Description The position will be responsible for the overall marketing function across the global operations of CriticalArc. You will develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy to drive the growth of the SafeZone product in existing and early-stage markets. In all things, you will favour a product marketing mind-set and be responsible for telling the world the story of our product and its impact. The position will report directly to the CEO and work with the senior management team on a continuous basis to achieve our collective goals.

Responsibilities •







Develop, manage budget and hold responsibility for delivery of a holistic marketing strategy to drive growth of the SafeZone product in existing geographic markets and for expansion to new sectors Personally develop consistent product positioning, competitive differentiation material and institutional knowledge that will ensure internal and partner sales teams are aligned and can effectively generate qualified opportunities and close sales efficiently Create product content, and manage content creators in the delivery of product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, product launch communication, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world Own the social media presence of CriticalArc and manage CriticalArc’s media relations

Work with the Sales teams to develop and deliver Account Marketing plans for targeting strategic accounts and partners Assist members of the Sales teams on calls with prospects Coordinate our annual User Group conferences and internal events Manage and represent CriticalArc at exhibitions, conferences and through deep engagement with industry associations.

Requirements • • • • •



Past experience in product marketing, and/or product management in a related product field Experience in an enterprise B2B environment ideally in a software/SaaS product organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills -- there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role High personal productivity - we require someone who can synthesize a plan and then act to achieve it Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects. Willing to travel up to 20% of your time
