Job Description: Product Marketing Manager Solcon is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to work as part of our Business Development & Marketing team to plan and implement product marketing strategies to meet business objectives in line with our global product strategy. Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Oversee all sales and marketing activities, and support Sales Dept. in driving sales of respective products. • Plan and implement the local go‐to‐market product marketing strategy, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy • Ensure achievement of established targets • Collaborate to develop and implement annual marketing plan in conjunction with Sales Department • Support the preparation of business plans focused on business development for the products • Evaluate market opportunities and decide appropriate activities in line with the strategy • Facilitate opportunities across the entire Group • Ensure profitable business growth • Provide product, application, and technical support to sales team. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction • Understand customer need in the market • Develop and implement product support and product training to ensure customer satisfaction in cooperation with Marketing and Sales Depts • Ensure the resolution of customer issues • Implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction • Working with R&D and Operation Depts. to coordinate product development and production schedule • Working with Finance Dept regarding product pricing, market pricing etc • Working with R&D Dept and Marketing to develop technical and marketing specifications
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree, MBA an advantage • 5 years experience in sales, marketing, product management, or product marketing • Experience in the application of motor control products • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Excellent presentation skills • Ability to multi‐task • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals • Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers, vendors, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. • Ability to effectively present information to top management, customers, and other employees of the organization • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
