POSITION DESCRIPTION: As Marketing Manager (m/f) Wilson Racket EMEA you will lead Wilson's brand and trade marketing strategies and related initiatives in the EMEA region, supporting our goal to own the tennis consumer on-court, on-line and in-store. Working directly with the Chicago HQ and local countries you will ensure global marketing strategies and platforms are aligned to the local regional opportunities for maximum impact. You will also ensure there is a clear go-to-market plan and process in place from a brand marketing standpoint to support commercial go-to- market plans for EMEA. Regionalising and adapting global marketing and digital marketing strategies for EMEA countries; deploying these to the digital and marketing managers of countries across EMEA Defining, measuring and achieving agreed digital marketing KPIs Managing the regional social media strategy and outputs, possessing full working knowledge to manage social media dashboards for the execution and measurement of digital programs Maintaining, developing and providing regional technology knowledge; providing the global and the digital marketing team of the brand with relevant updates Creating and implementing e-tail marketing plans in collaboration with the e-tail hub in London Acting as support for regional Amer Sports e-commerce business; deploying the toolbox to countries to maximise local website traffic, conversion and average spent Supporting local B2X campaigns in close collaboration with commercial managers and global B2X leader Aligning the local country marketing programs and all consumer programs to regional and global strategies to support go-to-market plans and brand KBDs, driving sell-in and sell-through in the various product categories Managing In-Store Excellence programs, in-store brand merchandising areas and development of dedicated Wilson retail locations Developing both promotional and marketing opportunities related to the consumer in alignment to brand or category specific strategies Being in charge of the development and execution plans of the EMEA marketing timeline Overseeing key industry partnerships in EMEA to develop marketing strategies and execution in support of category and brand opportunities Working directly with all EMEA markets to localise global marketing strategies and the supporting marketing assets needed Managing sales meetings and launches Tracking of and providing suggestions on marketing and promotion spending

YOUR PROFILE: Min. 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably involving cross-regional coordination Experience in event marketing and budget management Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent Driven and enthusiastic with a can do attitude Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of any other European language beneficial Tennis affinity and related experience of advantage
