Introduction

GoldRays is the major manufacturer of shower and bath seals in China, we pride ourself in offerring the most comprehensive range of shower seals in the industry. [Materials] ■ Our seals are made of high grade PVC or EVA materials and have excellent durability and strength. Each of our products are subjected to a strict quality control procedure. ■ Anti-UV and antioxidant additives are added during the manufacturing process to prevent the seals from getting yellow or white in outdoor or damp conditions. [Eco-friendly] Made from the best available eco-friendly materials, the seals are environmental protecting with RoHS certificate. [Usage] For etched glass, obscured or translucent glass, most seals work with all straight and most curved screens. [Color] The standard color of our seals is translucent with a hint of light blue, Leaves a clear 'all-glass' appearance. Magnetic seals can be extruded in dual or triple colors (translucent PVC, white or black magnet) [Installation] All our seals are easy to fit as they simply push or slide onto the glass. No gluing needed. [Extrusion] Most seals can be extruded flexible or rigid. [Package details] Most seals are straight and cut to meet your length requirement [Stock] Most standard items are stocked in small quantities. Non-stock items and larger orders take 1-2 weeks. [Customization] If you are looking for models that are not shown in this catalogue, we’d love to produce based on your drawing and specification. Please contact us and we are more than happy to share our professional advice and knowledge.

#001 Application

Model 001 Translucent PVC seals with rigid U profile and soft lower sealing fin. Working with swinging doors, it has 2 use: 1. For glass-to-floor application as a bottom seal, the lower lip bridges the gap between the bottom edge and the floor. 2. Vertically clipped onto the strike side of a swinging door and the soft fin forms a good seal on the wall (or glass panel). See CAD drawings in next page

#002 Application 1

Model 002 A unique designed PVC seal with a side fin which has a short curved rigid part and a long straight soft part. It has 2 uses: Application 1: Clip the seal onto the hinge side of a glass swinging door and the soft fin forms a good seal on the wall (or glass panel) when the door is closed.

#002 Application 2 as bottom sweeps

Model 002 Application 2: It can be used as a bottom sweep when the gap between the door and the floor is very large, the soft fin can be easily trimmed to size for small gap though. The angled side fin works as a drip rail deflecting running water back to the shower tray far away from the outside to minimize the chance of water splashing out.

#003 Application 1

Model 003 Translucent pvc h profiles with side fins. The "U" portion is rigid and the fin could be made of hard or soft vinyl, there is also a half-hard-half-soft version (see the picture in next page). This seal has 4 uses: [For doors swinging one way] Application 1: Glass to wall/fixed panel application, at conners from 90 to 135 degrees; Snap onto the door with the fin on the hinge side. The soft fin forms a good seal on the wall or fix panel when the door is closed.

soft Snap onto a fixed panel inline with the door and the fin on the strike side. It will create a seal between the two pieces of glass. Use a soft fin version for quieter door closure, while a rigid fin seal (the entire “h” jamb is made

of hard polycarbonate) provides a strong cushioning of the closing. The fin with a hard and a soft section is ideal to form a good seal. more application in next page
