Group Tasting Menu $99 Tables of six persons or more will be presented our seasonal tasting menu for the entire table to participate in. It is a playful and creative combination of nine different appetizers to begin the meal “tapas style” for the group to share. Each guest will enjoy our signature White Bean & Black Truffle Soup with Pancetta, followed by a selection of Entrée choices that are in harmony with the season. Dessert course will consist of a tasting of four different desserts from my imagination. The fifteen-course journey can be customized to fit your dietary preferences or restrictions. I may without hesitation create and modify the menu inspired by the daily harvest of local organic ingredients and sustainable proteins that are not presented in the current sample menu below at $99 per guest. We offer this complex and stimulating tasting experience with two options of wine pairing, $65 and an additional premium wine pairing at $125 per person. Buen Provecho ! Chef Peter Schintler
