Q&A– 常见问题解答 1. Why weren’t all of our corporate hotels displayed online?

为什么我们的协议酒店不能在线显示? •

HRS is showing the real time information online which means the hotels displayed online should have the room available. So if one of your preferred hotels can not be visible, that might be: HRS显示的是在线即时信息,意指所有在线显示的酒店都是有可预订的房间。所以如果没有看到您中意的酒店,原因可能是:



Hotel is fully booked which not appear in HRS system 酒店已经满房,故不在HRS的系统里显示



Hotel can not accept the instant confirmation which makes them not appear in HRS system 酒店无法满足即时确认的要求,故无法在HRS的系统里显示

2. Can I search hotels by the exact hotel name or specified area?

可以按酒店名字或特定区域来搜索酒店吗? 3. What is the international standard hotel check-in/out time?

5. How can I recognize that my hotel booking is completed?

如何确认我的预订已经完成了? When you finished your hotel booking, the system will send you a HRS confirmation letter to your mail-box. There is a unique

booking process No. and access code on this letter. That means you already booked this hotel successfully. 当您完成酒店预订,系统会发送HRS的确认信到您的电子邮箱.邮件会提供预订号码和密码.这就说明您已成功预订该酒店.

6. Shall I need to show HRS confirmation letter or indicate HRS booking No. when check-in?

入住时需要提供HRS的确认信或者HRS的预订号吗? No, you need not. Just indicate your name which is as same as you used during the booking. 不需要.出示和您预订时相同的入住人姓名即可

7. How can I change or cancel the bookings?

如何更改或取消预订? You could either change or cancel the bookings online or forward HRS confirmation letter to our 24H customer service team. 您可以在线更改或取消预订,或者把您的HRS确认信转发到我们24小时客服团队 We suggest you make the new booking first and then cancel the original booking in case the hotel has limit room availability. 我们建议您先完成新的预订,再取消原来的,以免有的酒店客房率比较紧张。 Kindly be noted: Do not reply to the HRS confirmation letter, since it is sent by system automatically and nobody can receive your further request. 注:请不要直接回复HRS的系统确认信,因为这是系统自动发送,没有人员会跟进您的需求.

8. Do we need to wait hotel to send back the hotel confirmation?

我们需要等待酒店回复酒店的确认吗? No, you don’t. All the hotels display online have the available rooms. Therefore HRS can do the immediate confirmation for your bookings. 不需要.所有在线显示的酒店都为有空房可预定的.所以HRS能够做到即时确认. 9. Why the webpage is expired when I didn’t use it for a while?

为什么一会儿没用网页就过期了? Because all the contents display online is the real time information. If you left the webpage for a while, please do click the “refresh” button on the IE tool bar firstly, so that we could ensure you are browsing the most update hotel information for the further action.

10. Can the special requirements (such as, king-size non-smoking bed, etc.) be guarantee before check-in?

11. Shall I need to provide my credit card to guarantee the bookings?

It is depend on the hotel requirement. 这取决于酒店的要求 Domestic booking: Despite some important city fair or exhibition, if you can check-in before the 18:00 on the arrival day, normally the hotel doesn’t need your credit card to secure the booking. Otherwise the hotel will require the credit card to guarantee the later check-in. 国内预订:除一些重大城市展会期间,如果您在下午六点前入住,通常酒店不需要信用卡担保 该预订,如果晚于下午六点入住,则需要信用卡担保. Every guarantee booking has the cancellation deadline. 13. What should I do in case that hotel cannot find my booking or already overbooked when arrived?

If you quoted the same name with the one you used for booking. Therefore we recommend that you use the same name with your valid ID card when booking. 请首先查看下是否是用和预订时一样的名字进行查询。我们建议您在预订时最好使用和有效证件一样的名字。 -Please contact our 24H customer service immediately if still couldn’t find the booking. The customer service team will communicate with the hotel in first priority to ensure your stay. -如果仍然查不到您的预订,请立即和我们的24小时客户联系。我们的客户会立即与酒店沟通保证您的住宿。

In case, the hotel find the booking but room not available: 万一酒店查到预订,但没有空房了 This situation usually occurs in high season, because the hotels oversell. Please contact us as well if all of rooms were fully booked. We will provide you the alternative hotels with nearby location and same hotel level. Traveler will not bear the price difference if any. 通常这种状况出现在酒店销售的旺季,由酒店房间超卖导致。如果酒店所有房型满房的情况下,请立即联系HRS客户服务人员,HRS 将尽力为您安排在附近区域同等星级的其他酒店入住。如果有差价产生,您将不必承担。
