7. IATA Rates of Exchange (IROE) IROE is the official source of airline industry currency rates of exchange used for fare construction purposes. It is based on the average of the exchange rates for five banking days ending on the 10th of the month. The IROE is issued in two formats. The IROE Quarterly is issued as a PDF file with monthly updates of significant changes. The IROE Electronic is provided monthly and in text file format, suitable for loading into systems.
