Name of girl: _______________________________________________________ Troop #: _____________ Girl Scout Junior Awards: Mark the date that the Award was earned in the Date Completed box and the date the Award was given to the girl in the Date Received box. This information is a tool for the Leader to help keep record of each girl’s achievement. A copy of the record should be sent with girls who are moving or transferring to another Troop. This form is a tool for Leaders. It is not intended to be displayed or shared with Troop members, and does not need to be turned into FNGSC.

Junior Safety Award

Bronze Award: The Bronze Award is the highest award that a Girl Scout Junior can earn. It requires completing a Journey (OR 3 Legacy Badges), AND a Bronze Take Action Project of approximately 20 hours. Though Council approval is not required for the project, it is required for any money-earning for the project.

Bridging to Girl Scout Cadette Award: Bridging to Girl Scout Cadette Award requires the completion of two activities. Indicate in each box whenever an activity has been completed. The award may be presented after an activity from each step has been completed.
