KYC UPDATION DETAILS As per the KYC guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India, banks are required to periodically update their customer details, including obtaining identification and proof of address documents and/or obtain client self- certification on identification and address details available with the bank List of acceptable Identity and Address Proofs for Resident Indian clients: (Self-signed copy of any one of below documents) - Valid Passport - Voter's Identity Card issued by the Election Commission of India - Valid Driving license - Aadhaar Card issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India - Job card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government Submission Channels: Visit the nearest Citibank branch to submit a copy of your self-signed identity proof document. Salaried, retired persons, housewives, and students can also submit documents through any of the following channels: • By Email: Scan and send self-signed copy of your identity document from your registered email ID to [email protected]. The email size should not exceed 2 MB. Request for change of address will not be accepted over e-mail • By Post: Mail self-signed copies of these documents to Citibank N. A, Mail Room, Acropolis, 9th Floor, No. 148, Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004.
