Penyusunan tugas akhir ini merupakan salah satu dari syarat kelulusan untuk memperoleh gelar Ahli Madya (A.Md) di Program Studi D-III Teknik Telekomunikasi Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Telematika Telkom Purwokerto.
