For further details including prices and availability of any of the following specialist items please contact the Naylor Sales Office. 15% of our Clayware products are made from recycled material.

Hathernware

Naylor HT Sleeve Couplings

HT Sleeve - Thermal Shock & Chemically Resistant • Suitable for handling sudden changes in effluent temperatures frequently experienced in boiler blowdown drains, bottle washing or sterilisation areas in the dairy, food or drink industries.

Where Chemical resistance is less of a priority but effluents are subject to thermal cycling, it may be possible to specify Naylor HT Sleeve couplings to connect HT pipes and fittings. Please ensure suitability for your application by contacting Naylor Technical Dept, before placing order.

• In addition when used in conjunction with Naylor Chemical Couplings the HT pipes and fittings may be used to handle aggressive chemicals.

For a copy of the Report by Ceram Technology commissioned by Naylor e-mail your details to: [email protected]

• Plain ended pipes and fittings.

Clayware - Specially formulated clay body capable of resisting temperature changes in excess of 120°C. Pipes & Fittings - Available from DN100 up to DN450. Couplings - HT Sleeve couplings with EPDM seals or Naylor Chemically Resistant Couplings depending upon effluent.

Clamping Bands - Manufactured in a high corrosion resistant austenitic stainless steel to EN10088. Where external contamination demands a higher quality stainless, this can be supplied to order. Fluoropolymer Liner - A one-piece seamless FEP element located within the elastomeric sleeve. Expanded PTFE secondary seals ensure a leak tight joint between the FEP and the pipe. For the best results and to ensure a close fit between the liner and pipe the FEP liner is heat shrunk on site. The liner and seal are chemically inert and resistant to virtually all chemicals. Adaptor Couplings - Available where pipes of different outside diameters require connecting.

9.

The Company will not be liable for any claim in respect of any Goods either manufactured or supplied by the Company after such Goods have been laid, erected, subjected to any process or processes or otherwise used by the Customer or others beyond the Company's control in a manner contrary to the Company's recommendation or to good practice. Except as provided for in clauses in these conditions, the Company shall not in any circumstances (whether caused by the negligence of the Company or not) be liable for any damages, compensation, costs, expenses, losses or other liabilities whether direct or consequential and any other remedy which would otherwise be available in law is hereby excluded except to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by any rule of law. In any case, where the Company agrees to accept the return of Goods so supplied, this will in the absence of agreement to the contrary be subject to the Company's normal haulage and restocking charges at the time. The cost of packaging will be charged by the Company to the Customer in addition to the price of the Goods and will be charged at the rate published by the Company at the date when the Customer's order is accepted by the Company and must be paid before the end of the month following the month in which the delivery of the Goods is made. Provided the packaging is returned to the Company in a reasonable condition and within reasonable time, full credit will be given to the Customer for the price paid for all packaging which is returned to the Company in addition to a further credit at the rate published by the Company at the time the packaging is returned.
