The Sanlahi Pangkat Mananayaw takes its name from two coined words, Isang Lahi which literally means, One Race. Composed of students from various colleges of the university, the pioneering members believed that they were put together by the Divine Guidance and Grace of Our Mother of Perpetual Help to be one with the Performing Arts Group’s objectives in preserving, promoting and developing the Philippine culture and the arts in the university. They considered themselves as catalyst to propagate and resuscitate the deteriorating status of Filipino identity amidst the popularity of highly Western influenced and conceived programs. They obliged themselves to contribute and be united in protecting the Filipino identity and tradition through their chosen field. SINING BULAKENYO-SIBUL was created to invigorate the fading art of folk dancing in the Province of Bulacan. SIBUL is composed of committed students from elementary, high school & college levels.
