A riser plate, up to 1⅛" thick, will be furnished FREE if you specity make and model of lathe or furnish lathe center height. See dimension ‘A’ below. Special riser plates thicker than 1⅛" furnished at time and material. NOTE: T-Nuts are not standard for all lathes. T-SLOT DIMENSIONS
WARRANTY SALES POLICY: SALES TAX: KDK Tools is required to charge applicable State and local sales tax on every item for which a sales tax exemption certificate has not been provided. When ordering, please indicate clearly which items are or are not taxable. RETURNED GOODS: Our authorization to return materials is required. To expedite the issuance of credit, please furnish our invoice number and date of invoice. Materials returned due to our error will be promptly credited in full provided they are returned within 30 days and are received in original saleable condition. All other returns are subject to charges for inspection or restocking. We cannot accept materials which have been in any way damaged or altered. SPECIAL GOODS: Orders for nonstandard material/design, special order, or altered at your request cannot be cancelled or returned unless production has not yet begun. If cancelled, customer will be charged for any work done before production is stopped. CANCELLATIONS: Our permission in writing is required to cancel orders placed with us and are subject to a cancellation charge. Such permission can only be granted on the merit of each case.
WARRANTY POLICY: LIMITATION OF REMEDY: Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. The liability of KDK Tools in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid. DELAYS BEYOND SELLER’S CONTROL: Seller shall not be responsible for delays in performance caused by delays in manufacturing, transportation or due to strikes, fires, floods, storms, war, insurrections, riots, any governmental regulation, order, act or instruction, or any circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. Buyer’s acceptance of goods and/or services shall constitute a waiver of any claims for damages due to delay. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for any loss or use by Buyer or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from such delays. ERRORS: Clerical and Statistical errors are subject to correction.
LIMITED WARRANTY TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER KDK Tools warrants all KDK products against defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser. KDK Tools will repair or replace, at its option, at no charge, any KDK product found to be defective during the warranty period. Such repair or replacements shall not include the costs of disassembly, removal, or reinstallation or any other services involved, which costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The warranty repairs must be performed at KDK.
OBLIGATION OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER 1. 2.
The original dated contract of sale for the KDK product must be retained as proof of purchase and must be presented to the KDK service center. Transportation of the KDK product to and from the service center is the responsibility of the original purchaser who must prepay transportation and insurance costs.
EXCLUSIONS OF THE WARRANTY This warranty covers all KDK products under normal use and service and does not cover accident, misuse, fire, flood, other acts of God, negligence, alteration, abuse, improper or unauthorized repair and customer adjustments. This warranty is not transferable, is limited to the original purchaser, and is valid only on products purchased, installed and used in the United States of America.
