Check-in time is 4:00 pm and Check-out time is 11:00 am. Guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Bell Captain can arrange to check your baggage until your room is ready if you arrive early.

Self-parking at the Gaylord Texan is discounted to $12/day for all registered attendees. Current valet parking rate is $31/day and subject to change.
Cancellation Policy The cancellation policy requires sleeping rooms be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty. Failure to give proper notification will result in the penalty of one night’s room and tax.

Seminar Program For the latest program schedule, go to ncms-seminar.org. Although the seminar officially opens on Tuesday morning, June 5, and concludes Thursday, June 7, at 5:00 pm, there are many activities outside of these official dates: Sunday, June 3 - ISP®Boot Camp (8:00 am - 3:00 pm) Conducted by the ISP© Committee The fee for this course is $150/NCMS members and $200/non-members. This course is NOT included in the full registration rates. You must register for this course separately by going to ncms-seminar.org. Monday, June 4: Pre-Seminar Training Classes The seminar committee will offer several pre-seminar training options to the Gaylord Texan on Monday for attendees. These classes will require a separate registration fee of $150/NCMS members and $200/nonmembers. Please check ncms-seminar.org for the classes as they are confirmed and add to your seminar registration at any time! Monday, June 4 - Exhibits Open (2:00 pm - 7:30 pm) Monday, June 4 - ISP® Exam (Times TBD) ISP® applications and collateral materials for candidates interested in sitting for this exam must be received by the National Office no later than May 4, 2018. Please refer to the ISP® web site at ncms-isp.org for more information. Monday, June 4 - Welcome Reception (6:00 pm - 7:30 pm) Please make your travel arrangements accordingly, and continue to check out the program on line at ncms-seminar.org for changes and updates.
Suggested Dress Recommended dress for the seminar (general sessions and workshops) is business casual (collared shirts and slacks for men [ jackets optional]; slacks and tops/casual dresses/skirts for ladies). Dress for the President’s Reception on Tuesday is also business casual, but if you want to dress up a little or wear your cowboy attire, no one will mind! Please note: It is difficult to regulate the temperature in hotel conference rooms so that it is comfortable for everyone. Please bring a jacket or sweater to seminar functions that can be worn when needed.

To attend at member rates, 2018 dues must be paid in full. The early registration deadline is Thursday, May 3, 2018. Full registration fees include all seminar sessions, the Welcome Reception, three breakfasts, three lunches, and the President’s Reception. Fees are as follows:
Guests are welcome to attend any of the meal and reception functions. Tickets may be purchased in advance and are based on availability. They may not be available to purchase on-site. Ticket prices are as follows:

Registration Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, you must notify NCMS in writing and postmark, email, or fax no later than midnight, Thursday, May 3, 2018 (Eastern Time Zone).
