INTRODUCTION This Index-001 lists the current issue revision levels for all the Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and Service Information Letters (SILs) published by Eastern Aero Marine (EAM). Anyone wishing to perform inspection, maintenance, or repair on any EAM product must have the current revision level for all the CMMs, SBs, and SILs applicable to that product. Failure to have the current issue revision level of these documents when performing work on an EAM product is a violation of U.S. Federal Aviation Administration regulations, U.S. Coast Guard regulations, Department of Defense regulations, European Joint Aviation Authority regulations, and/or the regulations of all local aviation and marine regulating agencies outside the U.S.A. EAM does not provide revision service for this Index-001 or the documents listed herein. It is incumbent upon the holder of this Index-001 and the documents listed herein to ensure that they hold the current issue revision level of these documents before performing work on an EAM product. Copies of the current revision of this Index-001 as well as many of the Service Bulletins and Service Information Letters listed herein can be downloaded free of charge from our website www.eamworldwide.com. Click the “Technical Data” option on the banner menu of the homepage. Qualified EAM clients may request copies of the current revisions of CMMs listed herein by e-mailing [email protected]. CMMs are distributed in electronic format only. Please complete CMM request Form. Only personnel trained and experienced in the inspection, testing and repair of aircraft (or marine if applicable) inflatable survival equipment and are so recognized by licensing or appointment by relevant government agencies are allowed to perform the procedures described in the documents listed in this index. If authorized personnel are unavailable to perform the specified procedures or if necessary repairs are beyond defined limits, or if extensive overhaul is required, return the product to EAM for service. EAM disclaims responsibility for the performance of its product when procedures defined in the documents listed in this index are not adhered to, or personnel other than those noted above perform those procedures.
