1. The National Competency-Based Standards for School Heads (NCBSSH) is an integrated framework that defines the different dimensions of being an effective school head. 2. Its core principle is that school heads are competent, committed and accountable in providing access to quality and relevant education for all through transformational leadership and high degree of professionalism. 3. To this end, the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) as the training arm of the Department of Education is embarking on its School Heads Development Program (SHDP) with three courses: Foundational, Intermediate and Specialized/Advanced. 3. Along this line, all Schools Divisions are hereby directed to conduct an Inventory of all school heads with Principal items (P1, P2, P3 and P4) for both elementary and secondary public schools. 4.
All submissions must follow the attached Templates: Enclosure No.1: Elementary School Principals Enclosure No.2: Secondary School Principals–Junior High Schools Enclosure No.3: Secondary School Principals–Senior High Schools (Only those that are identified to offer SHS by June 2016)
