[email protected] Website: depedroxii.org August 16, 2016 REGION MEMORANDUM No. 105, s. 2016 PROGRESS MONITORING OF SHDP RE-ENTRY PLANS OF SHS SCHOOL HEADS To: Schools Division Superintendents This Region Attention: SGOD Chiefs and SHS Division Coordinators 1. To prepare the school heads for the full implementation of Senior High School (SHS) this school year, the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) in coordination with the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD), conducted the School Heads Development Program (SHDP): Advanced Course for School Heads of Senior High Schools last November-December 2015. 2. At the end of the 2-module course, the participants were made to prepare their ReEntry Plans (RePs) which would specify the application of the learnings they gained from the course in addressing priority concerns in the implementation of the SHS. They were asked to submit their individual re-entry plans in three copies: for the school, for the SDO and for the Office of the Regional Director. 3. Anent this, the SDOs through the SGOD Monitoring & Evaluation (M & E) section and CID SHS Coordinator are enjoined to conduct progress monitoring of the implementation of RePs by the school heads to document initial gains as well as hindering factors/challenges encountered which can be inputs in planning for technical assistance. 4. The SGOD Chiefs with the M & E section personnel may localize a monitoring tool that shall capture the processes undertaken by the school heads especially those that demonstrate the improvements in their competencies anchored in the National Competency Based Standards for School Heads (NCBSSH). 5. A summary of the monitoring results together with the next steps of the SDOs shall be sent to this Office in the following email addresses:
