Peraturan untuk rokok elektrik sudah harus ada dari sekarang Regulasi yang sudah jelas dibutuhkan saat ini adalah pembatasan:
• Iklan: untuk melindungi remaja atau orang yang tidak merokok. Melarang segala jenis klaim kesehatan yang tidak terbukti tentang rokok elektronik
• Penggunaan dalam ruangan: melindungi masyarakat dari paparan asap. Evidence suggests that exhaled e-cigarette aerosol increases the background air level of some toxicants, nicotine and particles.
