The government of DKI Jakarta always deals with slums and urbanization
One of the efforts to reduce slums is by building vertical residential buildings (Rusunawa)
The development of Marunda low cost housing involves multiple stakeholders – government (Central and DKI Jakarta), private sectors and NGOs.

There are no SOP nor incentives in place but the implementation of social, economic and environmental sustainability exists.

Vocational training, waste recycle program, job fair and open access to capital through establishment of cooperatives, availability of land for agriculture and fisheries. 3. Meek Foundation targets 48% of the populations to have a job. 4. Partnering with Gerhati Foundation to provide training and mentoring on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
