SHOPEE GUIDE Purchasing your NUANSA ticket

YOU WILL NEED Shopee Username + Password or an active phone number

Smartphone / Tablet / PC with internet

Credit/Debit card or bank account

IN A NUTSHELL … 1. Go to NUANSA Dasawarsa Shopee page (shopee.sg/nuansacp) and select your ticket. Select ‘Buy Now’ to proceed.

4. Leave your email address in message to seller

2. Log in to Shopee / sign up by inputting your phone number & verification code sent by SMS.

5. Also indicate custom group code, group’s contact person & his/her number to be seated as a group

3. Indicate your address. While there will be no physical ticket, it is Shopee’s requirement to fill it.

6. Make your payment via Credit/Debit or bank transfer. You will receive a confirmation email from us within 3 days of payment verification date

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

1. Search ‘nuansa’ in Shopee b Download the Shopee App and search ‘nuansa’ in the Shopee search bar to find NUANSA Dasawarsa page. Alternatively, go to http://shopee.sg/nuansacp in your browser

2. Browse and select a ticket b Browse our Shopee page and select the show timing and seating category you desire. We have Matinee and Night Show with Front Stall, Back Stall, Circle 1 and Circle 2 Seating.

3. Select ‘Buy Now’ b

Scroll the image right or left to check out the seating category. Select ‘Buy Now’ to add the ticket to your cart and proceed to the ‘Shopping Cart’ page.

4. Enter promo code & ‘Check out’ b

Enter promo code, if any, for price rebates. Note that a promo code can only be used once per user. Select ‘Check out’ to proceed

5. Log In or Sign Up b Log in to your Shopee account and proceed to ‘Address’ If you do not have a Shopee account, sign up by inputting an active phone number. Shopee will then send an SMS with Verification Code to the number. Input this code to proceed to ‘Address’

6. Input shipping address b Indicate a shipping address and proceed to ‘Shipping’.

While we will not be sending a physical ticket, it is Shopee’s requirement to indicate a shipping address for all purchase.

7. Input email addressbb Indicate your email address in the message to seller and proceed to ‘Payment Option’. [email protected]

We will be sending your confirmation email to this email address. If this information is missing/invalid, we may not be able to process your order.

8. Input group booking details (optional) a If a group of friends want to sit together but bought tickets separately, decide a group code (any word/phrase) and a contact person. [email protected] galigotogether Jane Doe 8912345

Each person in your group must include the group code, contact person and contact person’s number into the message to seller.

9. Select Payment Optionbb

Select your preferred payment option, Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer. Proceed to ‘Confirmation’ Don’t worry, you can change your payment option anytime.

Show timing and seat category Email address Group code, contact person, person’s number (if needed) Select ‘Place Order’ and proceed to make payment

11a. By Credit/Debit Cardbb

Payment by VISA or Mastercard credit/debit card is almost instantaneously processed. Proceed to ‘My Purchases’ to check your order’s status.

11b. By Bank Transferbb You can transfer the payment amount to either DBS or OCBC account, via ATM or Internet Banking. After transferring, upload the receipt to Shopee for verification. Receipt must be uploaded within 3 days of placing your order. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled and any voucher code inputted is voided.

12. Check ‘My Purchases’ page for status a Go to ‘My Purchases’ page to check the status of your order. To Pay : Waiting for bank transfer receipt and verification

To Ship : Payment is verified, We are in the process of sending your confirmation email. To Receive : We have sent your confirmation email. Check your Spam or chat us if you have not received it.

12. Check ‘My Purchases’ page for status a To Pay > To Ship Upload receipt of transfer to complete payment.

To Ship > To Receive We will send Confirmation Email to ‘ship’ your ticket

To Receive > Completed Select ‘Order Received’ after receiving email to complete
