SEARCH
Use this to find applications quickly. Type in a word and the Cloud will give you suggestions.
Shows the tiles of your open applications.
Will display a Help overlay.
Will log you out of the Cloud.
DEFAULT
The applications on this row will always be listed.
RECENT
TILE
These applications are the most recently accessed by the user.
Each menu item has its own set of tiles. Each tile represents an application. Clicking on a tile will open that application. The smaller the browser window, the fewer tiles you will see. If not all tiles fit, an extra menu item will be added in the Menu Bar.
FAVORITES
Users can add applications to their favorites row by richt-clicking on a tile, then ‘Add to Favorites’.

DESKTOP
MENU BAR
Click on any of the Menu Items to access different applications. Users can also navigate the different menu items by clicking anywhere on the Cloud desktop and then swiping through either with your finger (mobil devices) or the computer’s mouse. Menu Items are: ‘Home’, ‘MyTiles’, ‘MyAccount’, ‘MyResources’, ‘MySchool’ and ‘MyStudent’. Tiles are added to ‘MyTiles’
Right-clicking on the Cloud desktop will give you an option to personalize the look of the Cloud, e.g. by chosing a different background, under Options > Settings

Add applications to your ‘Favorites’ row on the Home page by either going to the Settings as described on the left, OR... ....right-click on a tile, and choose ‘Add to Favorites’.
...then select ‘Settings’.

MyAccount ADD STUDENTS
Manually add a student to your Parent Cloud. PIN number is required.

View the list of people who have access to your student’s information in the Parent Cloud. As a parent you can remove anyone, except another parent, from the list.

Find activities and events, as well as numerous resources through a direct link to the Austin Parks and Recreation Department website.
SCHOOL FINDER
Find your family’s designated school by entering the zipcode, streetname and gradelevel.

Download the AISD Academic Calendar with information on Teacher-Parent conference dates, holidays and other imprtant dates.
MAP TO CAMPUS
Direct links to Google Maps displaying the location of your student’s school.

General information on your child’s school such as Mission and Goals statement and Programs offered.
LUNCH MENU
Wondering what your student’s lunch options are? Lunch and breakfast menus for the current and following weeks.
CAMPUS INFORMATION Address, phone numbers and website link for each child’s campus.

Find phone numbers and email addresses for all staff at your student’s school.
FORMS
Download forms for PE, Health and other Departments.
