GAZETTE N OTICE NO. 4410 THE CONSTITUTION OF KENYA INDEPENDENT ELECTORAL AND BOUNDARIES COMMISSION ACT (No. 9 of 2011) THE ELECTIONS ACT (No. 24 of 2011) THE ELECTION (GENERAL) REGULATIONS, 2012 APPOINTMENT OF CONSTITUENCY AND COUNTY RETURNING OFFICERS FOR THE 8TH A UGUST, 2017 GENERAL ELECTION IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 88 (4) (d) and (f) of the Constitution of Kenya, section 11 of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Act, 2011, sections 39 (1A) and (1B) of the Elections Act, 2011 and Regulations 3 (1), (3) and (4), 4 (1), (2), (3) and (4) of the Elections (General) Regulations, 2012, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission appoints the persons named in the Fourth Column of the First Schedule as the County Returning Officers, appoints Constituency Returning Officers named in the Sixth Column of the Second Schedule and appoints the Returning Officer and Deputy Returning Officer for Kenyans residing outside the Country named in the First Column of the Third Schedule.
