Checks are conducted at the volunteers expense: $8 for non-State licensed programs and $30 for State licensed Early Learning Center and Boys & Girls Club.

Choose an angel card at Fayette Mall or any Whitaker Bank and purchase a gift for the child listed. Volunteers are needed at the Fayette Mall display to assist shoppers and accept gifts.

Angel ‘Food’ Tree November 18th—December 24th
Provide a Christmas Day dinner for a family of the angel tree program. Select a child’s angel ‘food’ card at any Kroger location and purchase a $25 gift card.

League of Mercy November 27th
Get together with friends and family to help distribute gifts to the sick and elderly in area nursing homes and veteran’s facilities. ——————————————————————
LemonAiD July
One great way for children and youth to help The Salvation Army serve homeless children is to have a LemonAiD stand.
...and all Year Round! Volunteers are needed year round in the following areas*:
Boys & Girls Club (Mon- Fri/3pm-6pm) Help students with homework, on the computer, play sports in the gym, or just to give them your attention and time.
Kitchen (Mon-Fri/11am-1pm and 5-7 pm; Sat & Sun/10 am-2pm) Help prepare, serve food, and clean.
Early Learning Center (Mon-Fri/7:00am - 6pm) Read and interact with children, serve as a door greeter.
Food Pantry & Clothing Center (Open Mon-Fri) Help sort, pack, and organize donations.
Group Projects Group projects are available at various times throughout the year. Many of these projects will be full-day, property focused jobs.
