Management Team Yemi GBADAMOSI - Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. Mr Gbadamosi is the founder of TAG Lines and has been the key player in its growth since. He brings a wealth of experience from many years of business development, sales, marketing and management consulting work for several public sector organizations and fortune 500 companies. He is also the chairman of Enabled Business Solutions Ltd. Yemi graduated from University of Ibadan with a Bsc in Computer Science and holds many industry certifications. Anne ADEPOJU - Executive Director Anne brings experience in International real estate, property development and management to the company; she is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and providing leadership and guidance to the strategy and business development teams. Ms. Adepoju graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with Bachelors in Government, Politics and Japanese. Peter OKWUCHI – General Manager Mr Okwuchi has over ten (10) years experience in a multidiscipline oil and gas engineering and construction firm. He provides leadership and overall supervision to all phases of engineering design works, procurement planning and delivery of all company engagements.
Tolu POPOOLA – Supply Chain Manager Tolu is responsible for the development and implementation of company processes, policies and procedures towards meeting various industry quality standards, safety and environmental regulations and obtaining necessary certifications for company technical staff, equipment, and materials. Wilfred WHESU – Business Analyst Mr Whesu leads a cross‐functional, cross‐organizational teams with the customer to identify, prioritize, document and prescribe winning solutions for business requirement. He has extensive experience on technical proposal development, resource planning and management, budget tracking and controls. Seyi ADEWALE – Business Development Executive Seyi is responsible for premium continued engagement with new and existing clients, ensuring company targets are met through development and implementation of sales programs and strategies. Local Content Policy TAG LINES LTD has a clear cut policy of promoting Nigerian Content for all of its operations in addition to ongoing knowledge/technology transfer. TAG LINES is a 100% indigenous Nigerian Company. The Board of Directors and Share holders including the Managing Director, Mr Yemi Gbadamosi are Nigerian nationals. At present the total company workforce consists of 100% Nigerians. TAG LINES promotes the improvement of its Nigerian workforce by encouraging training, both locally through inhouse training programs and also by sponsoring personnel to the facilities of our Affiliates and Subcontractors premises overseas for in-depth technical training. This means that the workforce has an ongoing development and improvement, which will remain with them in Nigeria for use on future projects. These personnel, mainly Technicians and Engineers will in turn pass on knowledge to other company employees working along-side them at our various projects and facilities. Depending on project requirements, TAG LINES also encourages and sponsors Client personnel to attend training programs held at our Affiliate and Subcontractor’s premises.
Material, Equipment, Sourcing & Service TAG LINES wherever possible utilizes local materials and equipment on its project sites. In addition to purchasing complete and manufactured material directly from the market place, the company is seeking to produce its own items by obtaining the basic raw materials in Nigeria and manufacturing the final product in our own facilities and workshops. This again promotes the use of Nigerian labour increasing Nigerian project man-hours and thereby reducing unemployment and additionally improving the local business and economy. Sub-Contractors and Institutions As with directly employed labor and material/equipment purchases, TAG LINES utilizes local Subcontractors wherever possible to assist in execution of the work. This encourages small local contractors to develop and expand so they in turn will benefit and the economy will grow. Similarly, in carrying on its business, the company employs many local service providers, such as Banks, Insurance Companies, Auditors, Solicitors, Transport Companies, etc.
Recruitment In accordance with the Nigerian Government policy and directives on labour resourcing, TAG LINES will endeavour to, wherever possible, recruit Nigerian personnel resident in, or belonging to, the same area or nearest village to where the work or services are carried out.
