The hotel comprises of 48 high quality guestrooms, a double AA Rosette awarded fine dining restaurant, brasserie bar, large ballroom, six individual meeting and event rooms as well as a leisure club with a swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room, gym and beauty treatment rooms.
Full Time Receptionist The opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our team as a Full Time Receptionist at our establishment. The ideal candidate will provide our guests with first-class customer service while carrying out their daily activities to the highest standards and ensuring the smooth running of the front desk. Essential attributes:
Confident with excellent communication skills Effective multitasking skills in fast paced environment A forward thinker with the ability to identify customer needs in a proactive manner Passion for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken Health and safety awareness
Candidate responsibilities:
Front Desk check in and out procedures Processing daily transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently Liaise with all departments to ensure guestrooms are properly prepared for days arrivals Promptly action all guest messages and requests Book, update, amend and file all reservations accurately and in a timely manner
Experience in a similar reception environment is preferable but not essential, as full training will be given In return we offer:
