Welcome to the SunGard K-12 Education Community Online Instructions Requirement: Adobe Acrobat XI. You will be able to customize this document by following the simple instructions below: 1. There are fields you can click inside to fill in your personal information. Click on the button “Highlight Exisiting Fields” to see the fields. 2. You will be able to add a logo at the top right hand corner of the first page of the Quick Tips page by going to the “Content Editing” and insert Image. A jpeg of your district’s or school’s logo will work. If you click on the button “Highlight Exisiting Fields” you will see where we have suggested to put a logo. 3. The last page features quick tips as well as an area for you to customize by adding tips specific to your district or school. To add the tips, click in the highlighted field and type.

The new Family App from SunGard K-12 Education makes it easy to keep up with student information from your mobile devices, automatically pulling information right from the eSchoolPLUS Home Access Center. Keep up with your students, stay connected, and strive for success at just the tap of a finger.
What to Expect Right at Your Fingertips • H ome. See school news, events, and assignments for today and tomorrow. Navigate quickly to other screens by tapping on the icons.
• A ttendance. View a calendar of monthly and yearly attendance.

• C alendar. Check out a calendar overview of student activities, assignments, events, and more.

• R esources. See additional information per your district's choosing such as lunch menu, social media accounts, and more.
• S chedule. Know what your student is up to with details such as class dates and times, class names, room numbers, and teacher assignments.
• A ctivities. Stay on top of student athletic practices, clubs, and events.
• T ransportation. See transportation information including bus number assignment, bus stop location, and more.
• P references. Change your student alert subscriptions, update your email address, save your username, and more.
• Logout. Tap to log out of the app.

Quick Tips for Getting Started Select Your District
Alert Notifications Settings
• Search by district name
• Search for districts near a zip code
Determine which alerts to receive for attendance, discipline, classwork, grades, and more.
Logging In
• J ust enter your username and password from the eSchoolPLUS Home Access Center in the associated fields and press the Log In button. Note: Passwords are case sensitive.
• If you haven’t already received your personal Home Access Center login information, contact us for assistance.
• Tap the menu in the upper right
• Tap Preferences
• S elect the options for your alert subscriptions. In the Receive Notification field, select the type of alert you want:
