BBI Connect – Self Service Password Reset
BBI CONNECT – SELF SERVICE PASSWORD RESET This document will walk you through the steps for accessing resetting your Password in BBI Connect if you have logged in before and forgotten/misplaced it. If you have not previously logged on to BBI Connect, please follow BBI Connect – First Time Logon Instructions 1. Open your preferred Web Browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) 2. In the address bar Type in https://osi.ultipro.com a. It’s important to type this in the Address bar and not a search bar as BBI Connect will not be found via web search 3. Click on Enter 4. Click on Forgot password? 5. Under “Let’s get started” Type in your User Name a. It usually will be the first two letters of your legal first name followed by a five digit number b. If you are unsure of your BBI Connect User Name please see your Manager or Partner 6. Click on Go 7. Type in the answers to the posed Challenge Questions 8. Click on Next 9. If you’ve answered the questions correctly, you will be prompted to change your password. Do this by: a. Type in your New Password keeping in mind that: i. It must contain between 8 and 15 characters ii. It must contain at least one special character such as: !, @, #, or $ b. Confirm your New Password by typing it in again 10. Click on Reset Password to finish Self Service Password Reset 11. If you were not able to answer your Challenge Questions or reset your password please Email
[email protected] with the following information: o Your Full Name o Your BBI Connect User Name o Your Email Address o Your Best Contact Number Your will receive notification of your password being reset within 48 hours of sending the email
