New Share With Patient Notes Button

In face-to-face encounters, Notes display by default in the Sidebar:

Notes are defaulted to be shared with patients as part of the Open Notes initiative: Old Practice: Confidential Reason for Visit if don’t want to share Note New: Click and un-highlight the Share w/ Patient button

*Efficiency tip: Press F3 to enlarge your note

New Modifier Speed Buttons

You can create commonly used Modifiers speed buttons that can be saved in the LOS section.

Health Maintenance – Exclude Patient

After Visit Summary

New Exclude button provides a way to remove the due date associated with a Health Maintenance topic: •  Document a Reason for exclusion (Not Clinically Indicated or Patient Declined) •  The excluded topic will still display, but with an Excluded status •  Easily add topic back by clicking Include

AVS Gets a Makeover •  Patient-friendly format - each section more clearly delineated •  Adjustable font size - standard, large, and extra large •  Clearer information on new or changed medications and orders

Med List Clean-up Options New Med List Cleanup button •  This option will prevent the discontinued medication from displaying on the AVS as Stop Taking
