Notes are defaulted to be shared with patients as part of the Open Notes initiative: Old Practice: Confidential Reason for Visit if don’t want to share Note New: Click and un-highlight the Share w/ Patient button

Health Maintenance – Exclude Patient

After Visit Summary

New Exclude button provides a way to remove the due date associated with a Health Maintenance topic: •  Document a Reason for exclusion (Not Clinically Indicated or Patient Declined) •  The excluded topic will still display, but with an Excluded status •  Easily add topic back by clicking Include

AVS Gets a Makeover •  Patient-friendly format - each section more clearly delineated •  Adjustable font size - standard, large, and extra large •  Clearer information on new or changed medications and orders
