Lola’s Spinach and Artichoke Dip ~ A perfect mix of Artichoke, fresh Spinach, sun dried

Tomato, Provolone, Mozzarella, and Cream Cheese. Served with crispy wedges of Pita Bread. $8 Giuseppe’s Pasta Fritto ~ Giuseppe makes a Sauce of Asiago, Mozzarella, Provolone, and

Insalata Caprese ~ This Classic Italian dish, which literally means “the salad from Capri,” is one

of Giuseppe’s favorite Salads! It’s embellished with juicy Roma Tomatoes (usually available from his garden) and sweet Basil and features fresh Mozzarella sandwiched between each Tomato, then drizzled with a wonderful aged Balsamic Reduction. $12

Zuppa - Zuppa - Zuppa Wedding Soup ~ A whole Chicken is simmered all to create a rich and complex Stock. The

Chicken is then pulled and returned to the Stock with house-made Meatballs, Carrots, Pasta, and Spinach. This is all topped with a sprinkling of Romano Cheese. $5

Sicilian Onion Soup ~ Onions are Glazed to Caramelization and laced with Marsala Wine. Heavy

Cream, Beef, and Chicken Stock pull the Onions together to a flavorful explosion. This Divine Soup is crowned with unsweetened Whipped Crème and Caramelized Bacon. $6

Giuseppe can’t forget the family Sunday gathering where Pumpkin Gnocchi and Butternut Squash Ravioli graced their long dining table.
