Summary of Ozone Laundry Results:
Ozone on Demand Laundry Experience: An Energy Box Compact Ozone Injection System was installed in customer laundry facility and activated. Eight new wash programs were created resulting in near elimination of bleach and fabric softener and a change to a more eco-friendly non-caustic detergent. Hot water was reduced over 90%. Wash and times declined by over 25% and dry times declined 10 minutes for sheets and 13 minutes for towels. A four hour/day reduction in cycle time resulted in labor reallocation to housekeeping duties and considerable labor savings. Towel and washcloth replacement declined from over 1,000 per year to under 300. All linens including duvets noticably whiter and softer.
