If one party or both parties are representing themselves, the Court will require a hearing on the record with at least one party present (with prior written notice of the hearing to all parties) or both parties present in order to finalize the divorce. You can schedule the hearing with your Judge’s Administrative Assistant. You must provide notice to the other party. The documents to bring with you to the Court hearing are: 1.
