Manual of Specifications and Standards to apply Subject to the provisions of Paragraph 2 of this Annex-I, Two-Laning of the Project Highway shall conform to the Manual of Specifications and Standards for DBFOT Road Projects published by the Indian road Congress (IRC No. IRC:SP:73-2007). (An authenticated copy of the Manual has been provided to the Concessionaire as part of the bid documents.)

Deviations from the Manual Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the aforesaid Manual, the following Specifications and Standards shall apply to the Two-Lane Project Highway, and for purposes of this Agreement, the aforesaid Manual shall be deemed to be amended to the extent set forth below: S. Carriage-way width in Carriageway width in Built up Areas shall be as specified in Built up Areas Schedule B (Ref.
