Summer Programs Get ready to dive into your favorite career! This summer, the Youth Career Center of Hampton Roads, will host 7 interactive career immersion programs for ages 14-21. For the first time ever 3 of our innovative programs will be available in Franklin through a partnership with Paul D. Camp Community College’s Kids College.
