Benvenuto al Ristorante del Angelina: Welcome to Angelina’s! You will notice that our menu is inspired by the Italian way of dining. It begins with antipasti (appetizers, salads and soup) followed by the first "primo" course which consists of very tasty, small pasta portions. Following the primo course is the "secondo" course featuring all of our award-winning savory entrées. Then, we list our decadent and beautiful dessert creations under the heading of "dolce" which is Italian for sweets. (Because coffee is an essential part of an Italian meal, we highly suggest a made-to-order "caffè" such as espresso or freshly brewed coffee to complement your dolce.)
For the full Italian dining experience, we will offer you a complimentary "digestivo" which is a small drink intended to ease digestion and formally conclude your meal. Enjoy!

Our fresh pastas are completely homemade on site using “00” (also called Doppio Zero) flour, the most finely ground flour available. This highly refined flour makes for an elegant pasta with a light texture.
