ABSTRAK Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro Skripsi, Januari 2008 Agus Achmadi Abstrak Judul “Gambaran Aplikasi Diagnosa Keperawatan NANDA NOC – NIC pada Pasien Schizophrenia di Ruang MPKP RS Jiwa Prof. dr. Soeroyo Magelang” xiv + 71 halaman + 7 tabel + 30 lampiran Perawat sebagai pelaksana atau pemberi asuhan keperawatan, dalam hal ini perawatan terhadap pasien schizophrenia, dituntut untuk senantiasa peka terhadap setiap perkembangan ilmu keperawatan maupun ilmu dan teknologi kesehatan secara umum. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien yang dirawatnya, asuhan yang diberikan senantiasa berkualitas dan sesuai dengan kondisi dan masalah klien, yang pada akhirnya klien dan keluarga akan merasa puas terhadap asuhan yang diberikan oleh perawat Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran aplikasi asuhan keperawatan berdasarkan Diagnosa Keperawatan NANDA, Nursing Outcomes Classification dan Nursing Interventions Classification pada pasien Schizophrenia di Ruang MPKP RS Jiwa Prof. dr. Soeroyo Magelang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengamati pelaksanaan kegiatan perawat dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan Schizophrenia dan melihat hasil dari dokumentasi keperawatan Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa sebagian besar label diagnosa keperawatan yang ditetapkan perawat tidak sesuai dengan label diagnosa NANDA, tujuan dan kriteria hasil tidak sesuai dengan NOC, implementasi yang dilakukan di Ruang MPKP RSJ Prof. dr. Soeroyo Magelang tidak sesuai dibandingkan dengan NIC Kata kunci Studi literatur
